In 2010, the Fish & Chip held its first tournaments with 32 participants and 8 NFL celebrities. Keeping an eye on the growth of the event and wanting this to continue to be a special weekend for participants that truly can spend quality time golfing and fishing with NFL players, The Fish & Chip has slowly grown year after year with the 2017 event having nearly 200 participants and 20 NFL celebrities.
The Fish & Chip celebrity weekend is one of the Inland Northwest’s most unique and noteworthy non-profit fundraising events. Original created by the Michael Roos Foundation in 2009, this one-of-a-kind two-day event has welcomed hundreds of guests from across the country and has had over 85 current NFL players as well as a few NFL legends participate.
